1. How to place an order online?
a. Select all item(s) and add to your shopping cart. If you change the quantity of an item in your shopping cart, you must click on "Update QTY". Once you are finished shopping, click on "continue" to start the order process.
b. Log into your account or if you are not yet a member and wish to join, click on "Register".
c. Enter the Shipping Information for your recipient.
d. Choose your "Shipping Method".
e. Choose your “Payment Method”.
f. Enter your credit card or your gift certificate information. If the order amount exceeds the gift certificate amount, you will be prompted to enter a credit card.
g. Then you can review your order if you click on “Review Order”. Please review all the information to be sure it is correct. If it is correct, click on "continue". If you need to make changes, please click on the appropriate "edit" button and change the information that you wish to change. When you are satisfied with your order information, click on "Place Order".
You will receive three emails from us regarding this order. The first email, the Order Receipt, will be sent to you within a few minutes. This email lets you know that your order is being processed. The second email, the Order Confirmation, will give you the details of your order. The third email, the Shipment Confirmation, will be sent to you when your orders ships, this email will give you the tracking information for your order.
2. How to order an Online Gift Certificate?
a. First you should choose between the “Email Gift” and the “Paper Gift”.
b. Click on the "Buy Now" button.
c. You would be able to include in your Gift Certificate: sender´s name, recipient´s name and a message.
d. Then, you will have to write the amount of the Gift.
e. Enter the number of gift certificates you would like to order.
f. Enter the date and your email address. Then click on “Continue”.
g. Enter the billing information.
h. Receive confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE:
- TiendaBoricua.com Online Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
- The balance of any unused portion of a TiendaBoricua.com Online Gift Certificate will be placed in the recipient's Online Gift Certificate account.
- Applicable shipping charges and sales tax will be applied to all purchases.
- Please note that we only ship products within the 50 United States.
- If the TiendaBoricua.com Online Gift Certificate does not fully cover the cost of your purchase, you will be required to pay the difference with a credit card (American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover).
3. What if I do not receive my order confirmation by email?
We download orders once an hour from the Internet. You will receive an email order confirmation at the time it is downloaded if the order went through successfully. 4. How do I cancel an order?
If you would like to cancel your order, simply call us the same day you placed your order at 1-888-480-5559 or email us. Please note, you will only be able to cancel your order if you do it the same day you placed your order.

6. How can I search for a specific item?
There are two ways to search for a specific item.
- Type in the search field the item name of the product you are looking for.
- See a list of all products under a category by clicking on the category name and then clicking on "next page" to continue seeing all the products under the category you chose.
7. Can I delete items from my shopping cart if I change my mind?
During shopping and at the beginning of the checkout process, you can delete any item you choose not to purchase. Simply change the quantity to "0" (zero) and click on "update QTY" or click the word “Remove”.
8. When can I expect my order to arrive?
You can estimate the time it will take for your order to arrive by adding the processing time, that is aprox. from 24hs. to 96 hs., to the shipping method. For example, if you choose "FedEx International Economy", a regular order will arrive in approximately 4-7 business days.
In addition, your order may contain special conditions that affect arrival time.
For example, the cd´s generally take more time to be shipped because we depend on our Puerto Rican Distributors, and even sometimes you also could be asked to be on a wait list, in that case of course we will let you know.
